What is this movie is this?

There's this small evil girl who was adopted and she was taken by a family with one daughter.Her name's Lester and I saw her kill a lot of people it was near the end when I saw this movie so I don't know much.

And she likes her father romantically.

    Orphan? in orphan i think there is a son though. she is adopted, then she tries to kill her family, then she tries to get with the dad, then they find out she is actually an adult woman with growth problems and mental problems.
