Brands don't really matter, just look for really tough, durable, protective gloves that have grip. Here's two options.

Linemen get padded gloves as a fashion to no longer get their arms overwhelmed. As for a fullback, in case you will specially block get the padded gloves. in case you will do lots a working and catching, get no longer padded gloves.
