was this a good breakfast?

I had an omelet with no meat, only spinach, green peppers, tomatoes and a little cheese.

I also had an english muffin and a small banana. To drink, i had some tea with only a little sugar..

Was this pretty healthy? Should i go light for dinner or is it alright to have good dinner? I don't plan on eating lunch.

    Yes, that sounds good. You could leave out the english muffin, then have a snack between bfast and lunch. And don't skip lunch, that's silly. It will only slow down your metabolism. Just remember that breakfast should be your biggest meal. So for lunch and dinner have small meals.

    Thats a Really Healthy Breakfast But I do not Recommend Tea With banana.
