Bulimia and Anorexia is not the answer! If you completely starve yourself you will end up very sick! By eating only a little on the other hand, you will actually end up gaining weight. This is because you're body will use it as fat store, thinking that it will receive little food. By not eating for a week, you can lose weight, but you will have health problems.

Actually you will lose very little weight by not eating. The reason for this is that your body goes into something called "starvation mode" which means your body thinks it is starving so it will actually start to store fat cells in hopes of protecting itself.

Lean towards vegetables, lean white meat and lots of water, don't go the not eating route, you will only hurt yourself in the long run.

You'll lose more weight -- and be able to keep it off -- by cutting back gradually on the amount you eat and choosing healthy food. You'll lose more weight if you eat lean proteins, vegetables, beans, and whole grains (and maybe a little dairy) and cut way back on the sugars, carbohydrates and fats. No french fries, no pizza, no tacos, no desserts, no candy, very limited amounts of cheese.

Don't not eat for a week it's going to make your body worse in the long run. Best bet is to have a few light snacks a day progressivly over a couple weeks. not eating isnt healthy
