I suggest u the Nvidia GT 520 2 GB, it will cost u around Rs.3500.

The Nvidia GT 520 is the lowest graphics card. rs4000 is not enough. That's as good as you will get.
If you want to run high end games nicely you need to get into the GTX series.
The GTX 460 might just run Crysis 2 on high graphics. And that will cost you rs13670.
I recommend you invest a little more money into a graphics card.
