What is the best small town in Canada?

What is the best town in Canada with 10,000 people or less? Take as many different factors into account as you can!

    Here is my suggestion. Go to southern Ontario. Drive about 1 hour outside of any big city. Voila, small towns. I am from a county (population 6 000). The nearest town in like 5 000. There are lots of little places with a population of about 100.

    Im not sure of the population but Niagara on the Lake, Ontario is small and beautiful and historic
