    It is very likely based upon historical data. If all the voters who did not vote in the Federal Elections in the United States since 1960 voted NONE OF THE ABOVE, but we cannot know this answer with certainty.(see website below)

    It should also be noted that voting for a "blank space" accomplishes the same objective, without a lot of mess and bother of enacting new laws. Blanks are counted. Furthermore voting for blanks is a superior method because it does not matter whether the blank occurs at the beginning or the end of the list of candidates.

    Vote for blank in the 2012 election if you do not like any of the candidates listed, or if the candidate is unopposed and you do not appreciate the candidate taking election for granted!!!

    It does win every presidential election. Most people in the US can vote, but they don't. I think it is about 32% of eligible voters vote.

    Nope, people would be too scared that the other side would still vote for their candidate and they would lode, so very little, if anything, would change.
