No. Not everything is made of cells. There is something known as extracellular matrix. They are not cells but they are manufactured by cells, and they fill the space between cells and perform important functions.

Every living thing is composed of cells. Cells make up tissue, tissue makes organs, organs make up organisms. However, some "parts" of your body are not made up cells, this includes your hair and fingernails which are both made up of the protein keratin. Hope this helps :)

Every living part of your body is built out of cells. Bones, muscle tissue, skin, all of that. Of course there are substance in your body that are not living, but they are not considered part of your body
