What does one cold hand signify?
I tried WebMD, but "cold hand" just returns frost bite and the brilliant advice to try keeping it warm. But I'll be in a warm room, rubbing it, breathing on it, whatever, and my arm above my wrist will be fine while below my wrist it's like I've been hanging it out the window. It's not all the time, and it's the only symptom that I've noticed, but it seems to be chronic. Some times, it's both hands, but often it's just the right hand.

It could be Reynaud's Syndrome, possibly secondary to another condition such as neuropathy or and inflammatory process. Only your medical history and certain tests can determine the exact cause.
