Say your Kickstarter project is to start a run for political office, for example, governor. You set your target as $1 million before you will officially run for office. Would the people who contribute to your Kickstarter campaign be required to abide by political contribution caps if your political campaign hasn't technically begun? I tried WebMD, but "cold hand" just returns frost bite and the brilliant advice to try keeping it warm. But I'll be in a warm room, rubbing it, breathing on it, whatever, and my arm above my wrist will be fine while below my wrist it's like I've been hanging it out the window. It's not all the time, and it's the only symptom that I've noticed, but it seems to be chronic. Some times, it's both hands, but often it's just the right hand.
