How long can a person be drunk before it kills him?

Assuming he's of average height, build, and health when he begins, that he has access to a variety of alcoholic beverages, drinks himself to sleep every night, drinks when he gets up in the morning, doesn't die of secondary causes like getting run over because he was too drunk to see the car coming, is at least cognitive enough during the day to prepare food for himself and has access to food whether he prepares it or not, and isn't actually trying to give himself alcohol poisoning, how long can he carry on this way before the drinking kills him?

The liver will eventually surrender. During this long binge of drunkeness he'd have to wait for himself to sober up a bit before drinking again. If he's going between stages of drunk to coming down to drunk then he could last ages. Alcohol poisoning occurs when there's too much alcohol for the liver to process and you get poisoned.

until your liver gives out. its hard to say. probably live into your 50's maybe 60 if you drink alot of water. dont forget to drink water everyday. helps filter your liver so you'll live longer.
