Is there a disorder that would explain feeling emotions without or even in spite of the typical associated physical indicators?

For example, anger is typically accompanied by increased heart rate, adrenaline, etc. Happiness and sadness often have conflicting physical indicators. What would it mean if a person felt these emotions but had none of the associated physical responses, or even in spite of the typical responses?

Well.......... physically speaking, they could have a chemical imbalance in their brain that prevents certain signals to be delivered to different parts of he body. Or, they could just have an emotional disorder where expressing their emotions is difficult or overwhelming so they subliminally just stop responding physically.
