Assasin's Creed reviews?

I've been wanting to start playing it because it simply looks like an awesome game series. Any opinions on which AC game is the best and why?

    I'd play them all in the order they came out to get the best storyline. Right now I am starting from the beginning and it's kind of annoying at this point. I think they fixed the whole "walking really slow" annoyance in the 2nd one. Maybe.

    If you want to play through the story, start with the 1st one. It's really cheap now if you buy it from Gamestop.

    yeah, i would start with the first one, because it helps you get the controls down. but to be honest all of them are awesome games. and there worth every penny. i love them all. but do highly rec amend that you start with the first one. ;D
