Exercise lowers blood pressure, which reduces strain on the heart, can aid in transporting fats away from the arteries and to the liver for processing, and improves circulation by preventing blood clots that can cause a heart attack or stroke. On top of all this, exercise increases fat loss and weight loss. All of these factors help to prevent heart disease.
