Change my life 10 points best Answer !?
Hello! I'm so depressed because I procrastinate a lot. I skipped today because I had a mountain of college homework. I skipped my pol Sci two days in a row, 2 times a week ( but I perfected last week's midterm). Anyway, I was only able to finish one essay for the whole day, which could have been accomplished by one hour. In between my essay, I was distracted to keep taking a break, and watching 3 movies on Netflix. I'm so screwed! I can't stop procrastinating.

Being depressed about something, can be hard to climb out of. It happens to me a lot, it also makes me procrastinate. It is easy for an outsider to say to not let it get to you....but really the only way I can defeat mine, is to either spend all day over-analysing it until I'm so bored with procrastinating that I finally do something. Or I try my best to ignore it. I do things that I want to do, mixed with the things I have to do. Even if it takes all day, it is better that you did it, right? Please stop skipping. If you are gonna be depressed anyway, you might as well do it in class...I don't think not going will make you feel better. Each time you feel like skipping and don't is a step toward defeating that feeling :) depression and procrastination are hard things to crack, it's not going to happen right away...just set goals. "I'm not going to skip. I'm going to write a page then get a snack and watch tv for a half hour." Then write another page, take a break...eventually you might not even want the break you might just want to finish so you can move on. Being lazy is so much more fun than procrastinating  so hurry up and finish so you can watch netflix guilt and depression free. :)))) you can do it.
