Ah!!! Now this is a VERY paradoxical issue! Let's follow your logic- If we EXPECT the end of the world, it cannot come because it should only happen when we LEAST expect it to occur yes?

The problem is, because we all expect it we know it CAN'T happen because it IS expected - which is why it HAS to happen as we THINK expecting it STOPS it being possible and as a result it is NOT expected!

(You could go on to say 'So it CAN'T happen because by expecting it to happen it is believed it can't happen making it theoretically HAVE to happen and by realizing this problem it is really expected and therefore can't happen.') This paradoxical arguement can go on forever and ever switching conclusions from CAN'T happen to MUST happen endlessly... and where does the buck stop? Whenever the world ends -but would it??? LOL!

That's an awesome idea. We could create a class in the public school system that predicts a date for the end of the world, and make it a constant point of discussion. As long as people keep talking about it, it'll never ever happen. Wonderful!
