I want to start a company that is hired to fire people.. where to start?

I have lately that there is a lot of businesses willing to pay some external person/company to fire employees for them. I would like to develop a business out of this idea but am clueless as to where to begin. Any help is appreciated.

First, get a law degree so you know how not to violate the countless employment laws. Or, hire an experienced lawyer for your company.

Next, spend at least 5 years working in the HR department of companies so you can develop the EXPERIENCE you need to do this kind of work.

    Best wishes and good luck.

Interesting idea! You shouldn't base your business completely on firing people and maybe offer other services like efficiency and productivity counselling. I think you should start with large call centers since they probably have one of the highest firing rates in the country.

Downsizing consultant. Evaluate the current employees and recommend who should be fired.
