Shorter and heavier periods after baby?

After i had my youngest child 4 months ago,i had post partum bleeding for 8 weeks.after that i've had 2 periods so far, but both are heavier and shorter than they were before.(also because i was on mirena since after my oldest was born,i hadn't had a period in 3 years when i got pregnant.) My normal periods always lasted 7 days, now they last 3 or 4.is this my normal period now or will it just take a while to go back to how it was before?
