Get a recording device, if you want it cheap then go for the Roxio Game Capture, if you wanna spend out then go for the Hauppauge HDPVR.
To stream you'll need X-Split and an account for a streaming site like Twitch.TV :)

Xbox reside is the online multiplayer for the Xbox 360. Should you go to the multiplay menu for many games it is going to take you to the Xbox are living menus the place you will see that different player to play with and or against. You are not able to surf the internet on the Xbox 360.
