The President does not have the power to legalize anything. That is the job of Congress.
Stay awake in Civics class, you'll learn something.

What's absurd is morons who believe that other peoples personal drug use is their business. 18 states have legalized mmj, after 26 the federal government will have to acknowledge that we want cannabis as an alternative to prescription drugs. And we would rather have a toke at the end of the day than a foul drink of alcohol, or smoke something that is beneficial and tasty, unlike tobacco with it foul stench and cancerous flavor. The president can't do much to directly legalize marijuana. The people who have no balls can stand up and be proud of who the are. And once the older generation expires or starts getting high, we will see legal cannabis.

The president can't make any laws. It would have to go through congress. There's no way congress would legalize pot. These guys have to get re-elected and they depend on the christian vote.
