Why the rules are framed in India when they are being not observed ?

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is the father of Indian constitution. The various acts and rules have been formulated under the constitution for the welfare of society. The Government is supposed to watch if these rules are being observed. But from the present situation of the country it seems that Government is keen to encourage and support rules breaking elements and helping to increase corruption. It seem that these rules are formulated for violation only. There is no one in this country who would support honest and true persons.God may help us.

Please don't feel offended but the truth is (even if most of us refuse it ) that rules are made for human beings (species - Homo sapiens) and not for wild animals (think about the term wild).

If you are a responsible and law abiding citizen then go and look around for yourself that the general people who so furiously curse the government and the prevalent system are, ironically the ones that at times of need go for the easy and wrong way.

Sample this, If one is not getting a ticket for the latest movie instead of returning, they will prefer to buy it in black by paying more money.

Brokers are heavily flourishing in India because people are buying through them to avoid the long wait of proper procedure.

The list of such practices is very long......

People think that they are not responsible and their responsibility ends after giving votes and taking part in some useless protests.

The Parliament is the representative of the Indian population.

Does this not mean that the Parliament is a reflection of India's character and mentality ?

As the rulers so are the ruled.

cinema is a big medium which influences the illiterate mind easily. The censor board bans or issues "A" certificate to vulgar films. It does not ban pictures which are totally useless to society such as Rowdy Rathore and the like. Impossible characters and situations are portrayed watching of which is waste of time and bad effect on mind. Even in adds vulgarity is portrayed like the one of sonakshi sinha for colgate tooth paste. These things disturb the tranquility Apart from other corruptions

Whistle blowers must be protected and rewarded and culprits must be exposed and heavily punished.
