Where India stands? India has great history, culture, religious background, great philosophy,, many saints, many leaders, still we face corruption in everyday life. Why?

The builder has accepted token amount and has not handed over legal documents for Bank loan. He has agreed to manage BANK LOAN. he may ask for 20 % amount prior to approval of Bank loan. wheather the 20% amount be given? I f the bank will take care for making agreement with builder for registering flat..

I would like to know the act , rules applicable in this respect. Where can I get these rules and Acts. Please provide any link if available. Earlier this question has been deleted by Yahoo community.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is the father of Indian constitution. The various acts and rules have been formulated under the constitution for the welfare of society. The Government is supposed to watch if these rules are being observed. But from the present situation of the country it seems that Government is keen to encourage and support rules breaking elements and helping to increase corruption. It seem that these rules are formulated for violation only. There is no one in this country who would support honest and true persons.God may help us.

The government has shown efficiency in making probe against Mr. Nitin Gadkari BJP president where as no probe is even ordered against Robert Wadhera. it is only because he is Son in Law of Mrs Soniya Gandhi. What is your opinion.

It seems mid term parliament elections have come near. So Mayavati, Mulayam, Sharad pawar, Laloo, Modi, Old monk Bal Thakre and his son, are dancing. What do you think?

It is reported that crores of Rs. have been expended on Soniya's tours by government. What right she has to enjoy govt, facilities .

Mr. Ajit Pawar now claimes that he has thrown his resignation on the face of CM. He himself at his own has given resignation and no body had demanded it. Hurt by the allegations in irrigation scam , and in order to give free hand to govt. to investigate the scam , as said earlier , he submitted his resignation. Why is he making hue and cry over the issue? because,

1) he is repenting over making wrong move at wrong time.

2) Mr. Shard Pawar taken advantage of situation and sacked him out.

3) he think that this scam investigations would nail him.

4) The opponents in the Party would get powerful.

5) he sensed that he will never gain the earlier position in Govt. and party in future.

6) he understood his limitations.

7) come to know that he is not acceptable either by party or congress.

8) he cannot fool the people any more.

Mr. Vijay Pandhre the Chief engineer has reported the 'modus operendi' in irrigation scam. The corrupt minister has submitted resignation to Party chief.Other two ministers involved in scam are set free. These ministers should not be set free but shall be trialed in court and heavily punished. This is the biggest offense against public.

I really wonder many times if our ministers /politicians/govt. officers do face shortage of LPG cylinder , delay in supply, over payment above the cylinder cost etc.

Also I wonder how much connection they be having in their names ? At their work place, at their Village residence , at their City residence and how many cylinders every place.

are these all legal connections?

Third is that if they book cylinder and wait till they get it through home delivery ?

Is their any special quota for all those VIP's?

1) The Government.

2) The politicians.

3) The communal Parties.

4) NCP leaders.

5) Congress leaders.

6) Brigades and Senas.

7) Sewa sanghas.

8) Ruling communities.

Our Government is funny. Many Politicians who are involved in scams are left free. There is no probe in many cases.Krupashankar, Sunil Tatkare and Ajit Pawar- Power and irrigation scam scam, Chhangan Bhujbhal, Padamsinh Patil, Rajendra Darda- Coal scam. Vasant Purke- education scam, Suresh Jain & Gulab Deokar and lots of other politicians.

The cartoonist is accused of sedition. Funny Government and Funny Aba Patil.

1) It is only because they have remained 2 % only.

2) Because government is anti Brahman.

3) to grab the votes from other caste people.

4) To please anti Brahman ailments.

5) The rulers being Maratha and other caste hate Brahmans.

6) Because Brahmans are criminals and antisocial activist.

7) Government and rulers wanted to end this community as Hitler wanted to end Jews.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

In Maharashtra the Maratha and allied communities are continuously making target to Brahmans on different levels and all the platforms and using News papers being jealous of this community. Their hatred has gone to such madness that some of them are writing the History again excluding Brahmans. Unfrotunately Govt. is deaf and dumb and supporting so called anti Brhman senas and brigades.

In 2005 then three MLA's from Vidarbh area have launched an agitation to stop the power supply to Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra for the reason that the Vidarbha is producing electricity and face load shedding. These three MLA's dared to cut the legs of three nos of 400 KV tower near Jalgaon Jamod. The towers legs were totally cut and they just remained in line only because ofthe support from conductor. Fortunately before collapsing the towers they were were immediately attended by the MSEDCL..

These MLA's are set free and no treasonable offense is registered against them. They are celebrating anniversary publicly every year . These are no more MLA's now but shall be severly punished under the offense since they behaved as irresponsible representative.

DO YOU RECALL their names?

All of us shall first congratulate Gujarat court for imposing severe punishments to the culprits involved in social crime. This is unique example. It proves that Indian law is capable to impose severe punishments.

It is unfortunate that our courts have hesitated to impose such heavy punishments in earlier cases and even in recent cases, so that no one shall dare to commit organized crimes either due to some flaws in investigation or due to some other reason .

Your opinion please.

Vaidya Balkrishna brought message to Ramdev Baba and gossiped in his ear when Baba ramdev was under arrest when rally was progressing. The message was from the government that all the probes in action against Baba ramdev and his ashram regarding Income Tax and donations etc shall be withdrawn if the hunger strike is called off.

First one Sharad Pawar resigned from cabinet and then again withdrawn his resignation after thought.

Second Anna Hazare started hunger strike then withdrawn at his own with a declaration to launch new political party on the guidance of his team.

Third Ramdev baba who started hunger strike draw rally and dramatically withdraw hunger strike.

The reservations shall be extended to Parliament and Assembly levels. Even Ministry shall also be formulated as per roster. The seats shall be reserved as per populations of the people having particular caste. The post of President/PM and CM's shall be filled as per roster and so the ministers. There shall be reservations in political party's too. The president and othe ofciating post shall also be subject to Roster.
