In 2005 then three MLA's from Vidarbh area have launched an agitation to stop the power supply to Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra for the reason that the Vidarbha is producing electricity and face load shedding. These three MLA's dared to cut the legs of three nos of 400 KV tower near Jalgaon Jamod. The towers legs were totally cut and they just remained in line only because ofthe support from conductor. These MLA's are set free and no treasonable offense is registered against them. They are celebrating anniversary publicly every year . These are no more MLA's now but shall be severly punished under the offense since they behaved as irresponsible representative.
