Can I sue a company for a representative leaving me a vulgar, threatening and harassing message on my telephon?
I am also mentally disabled and have had suicide attempts in the past, and this is causing me much paranoia.

Maybe, but I think you'll find it much easier to get him/her fired. Try it though! Keep the recording and make an mp3 file of it.

Sure, you can sue, but since you don't have any financial losses, you will easily lose this one. The representative didn't cause your paranoia, your mental disabilities caused it.
