Where can I get a good deal/plan on a nice phone?

I currently have a blackberry with net10 unlimited monthly for $50. I would like an android or something similar to an iPhone that has a front camera.

    Iphone 4 is free right now with a 2 year contract. That is the best deal out there right now imo. (Although 4 doesn't have Siri, its still a really good phone)
