Windows 8 frozen??? please help!?
The start menu on my laptop is blank. When I go to internet explorer, it's still there, but it's frozen. There's nothing on my start menu whatsoever. What should I do?!?!?!
i just bought this laptop. so it's not old!

Te store gives 1 month warranty, laptop has 1 year manufacturer warranty. Use those possibilities .
If laptop bought more the 30 days ago call company Technical Support. Usually it worth to spent money (for computers) to buy extended warranty
