Can you help me about my job interview?
I got a call from McDonalds saying that they're interested in me from my application. Thing is, I've never had a job of any kind. I was wondering... is the interview at the McDonalds restaurant? I really have no idea and I don't wanna call the person and make myself look dumb before the interview. Please help, I will select a best answer for the one that helps the most. Thank you so much. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you again.
Thank you so much Chris.
I do not have a computer with me right now. Should I just hand write a resume?
Thank you too Steven. That helps a lot.

Honestly, don't be afraid to ask, it is the employers job to verify where in interview is being held. You'll be worse off if you show up at the wrong place/time. You can achieve not "looking dumb" through one simple tactic... enthusiasm. Simply call the employer/your contact and talk about how excited you are for the interview and slip in "I am looking forward to this interview so much, I want to make sure I have the place and time correct".
Always talk about how you're looking forward to working in the position your applying for, the company you will be joining (McDonalds is easy, just say something like, "it'll be great starting my first job with an Iconic American Company like McDonals"), basically make the potential employer able to visualize you in the position. You will leave that interaction (where you know all you want to know is where the interview is, but the employer doesn't have to know that) with the employer thinking how much more they will want to hire you.
This works at all levels of employment and trying to get information. If you are afraid of looking stupid (or feeling like you made yourself look stupid, since most of the time this kinda stuff is in our own heads and most people are more understanding than we believe), don't ask a question directly. No body has to know more than what you tell them, misdirection and nonchalantly approaching your main goal without making it a big deal is your best friend in those kind of situations.

most likely yes. McDonald's are francieses so each restaurant is owned by a different person. unless you landed an interview for a big shot executive position then you would have it at that McDonald. if you don't have a time or forgot it by all means call. the dumbest thing you can do is not show up because you didn't have the right info.
even though its a position in mcdonalds dress up for the interview (at least jeans and polo)
1) it will impress the interviewer
2) it will give you practice for serious interviews later in life (vary important)
I suggest you get a resume together even if you have no work experience and such this will do a few things.
1) impress
2)show you are organized
3)show you want the job badly
4)get you set up for future interviews that require a resume
those are only suggestions. HOWEVER, please read the next section for these are tips for interviews.
1) dont chew gum
2) shake hands firmly look interviewer in eyes
3) sit down so your back is off the back of the chair.
4) keep you hands on you lap unless you are doing something important
5) if you have water when you are done with it place the water behind one of the back legs of the chair to avoid playing with it in your hands and accidently spilling it by kicking it over.
these are guidlines just because you dont do one of these correctly dosnt me you wont get the job.
above all else smile and have a conversation.
