Toy poodle breathing problem?

There are so many different causes to a dog not being able to breathe properly, whether it's all the time or occasionally. Get off your computer, look in your Yellow Pages under Veterinarians, find one who is open 24/7 and get your dog in NOW, before she stops breathing all together and she dies.

You didn't give enough information for and educated "guess". It could be her heart.
