I thought I'd answered this already ... no idea where it went.
Anyway, you need to check with a recruiter. 90 percent of PCVs have their four-year degree or better, but that does leave 10 percent that don't. Your recruiter can access your individual situation.
Most of that 10 percent has years of work experience, some kind of certificate or a combination thereof. It is possible that, after you receive your certificates, you might qualify as a health volunteer.
You don't mention any community service, and that is a big factor in Peace Corps. If you don't volunteer somewhere, you should do so if you're serious about serving.
You will not go to Peace Corps "soon," at any rate. You still need to qualify, and the application process takes a year.
You also do not get to choose your country of service (although you can state a preference) and knowing Spanish doesn't secure a spot in Central or South America, but knowing that, Portuguese or French will make you more competitive as a candidate.

anything is possible, but as you know you don't meet most of the qualifications.
