Accepted at Disney but want them to postpone the starting date, will they accept?
I am a third year University student, I got accepted to work at disney and i have a loan contract my government that pays my study. They said they cannot freez the load so if i go i will have to come and pay for myself which i cannot afford. I want to accept the disney offer but i would like to ask if they can postpone my days so i can go in 2014. I do not want to mess this up, its my dream but will Disney understand or change their mind? please help i need to accept the offer now

There's no way of knowing unless you ask them - no-one on Yahoo Answers can give you an answer to this.

Call and speak to Disney HR. Only they can make that decision. If I were an employer I might wait 2 weeks for someone but would not wait a full year

I highly doubt it. This is something you needed to check out before you applied to Disney. You are probably going to need to re apply to Disney for the 2014 season.
You need to talk direct to Disney.

No...Disney (as do all companies) hires to fill an open position that they have deemed necessary to their continued operations...they'll tell you to just reapply next year.
