Can I lose 15 kg's in 1.5 months?
Hello guys! I am Ace. I am about 14 years 8 Months. I am 5 feet 5 inches. I am 78.5 Kg's. I want to become about 63 Kg's. So, I need to lose 15-16 Kg's. I want to look slim. I can do anything you want. Even, I am going to gym. Here is my routine.
Breakfast:
Boiled Egg and 1.5 cups of rice
Soy Protein Shake with Banana
Lunch:
2 cups of rice with a fish curry
Dinner:
No Dinner!!! Only Soy Protein Shake.
I go to Gym 6 times per week. Friday Rest. I go to gym after taking breakfast. I do 2 hours of workout.
Here is the Gym Routin I made myself: (This is the EXTREME routine I started from yes'day)
Treadmill Running: 21 minutes in about 9 kmh speed. No stopping. I lose about 230 Kcals.
Free Squats: 3 sets of 15 each.
Cycling: 10 minutes of two workouts.
Bench dips: 3 sets of 10 each.
I take weight about 2-3 kg's as my instructor said.
Treadmill for the Second Time: I run about 15 minutes at 7-8.5 kmh. I lose about 150 Kcals.
I do steam bath for 15 minutes every Tuesday, Saturday and Thursday.
I can do more if you say. I have less time only 1 or 1.5 months or less !!!! Help me out. I have a reason I can't tell...Please help any one?

15 kg in 6 weeks means you need a deficit of 2750 calories every day. That's a HUGE deficit, very difficult for anyone less than morbidly obese.
Your sedentary burn is around 2600, plus your exercise and daily activities, which equals maybe 3200 calories burned/day. Your weights are light, so they aren't burning many extra calories.
It seems like you're only eating about 1400 calories (unless your protein shakes are much higher than I'm estimating), which is too few for a teen, especially someone who does this much exercise. Someone in a coma could maintain on 1400 calories, you need a minimum of 1800 calories if you're lightly active, and at least 2000 with that amount of activity. You risk vitamin deficiencies, stunting your growth, etc if you don't eat more. You should be eating more real food, fewer shakes.
If you eat 2000 calories/day, that gives you a deficit of ~1200 calories/day, which is just over 1 kg/week. Even if you dropped to 1800 calories/day (not recommended), that's only 7.5 kg in 6 weeks, about half of what you're aiming for.
