  • Soccer/Football Juggling Help Needed!!?

    i am a pretty neat football player. Can dribble well but cant juggle to save my own life. So i decided to learn how to do it and do furthur freestyle.

    the first day my record was 26. and after 4 days of 1 hour practice sessions i got up to 50 juggles.

    But the problem is that my juggling is very inconsistent. For example, after doing my record 50 juggles i got down to 20 then again sometimes i cant even do 5. What is wrong? Is it normal? Why the inconsistency in the numbers.

    How long will it take to reach 300?

  • How to do P90X at Gym?

    So, I am 16, 76 kilos, 5 ft 6.. I am fat. So I want to do p90x. My home is not suitable for doing workouts. So I got a gym membership. I have already made my diet and it looks very good. My cousin gave me his copy of p90x and so.

    I think its impossible to do plyometrics at the gym. It does not have any aerobics room as it is very cheap. I guess I can do the strength exercises pretty easily. But what about the cardio part. What can I replace the plyo with.

    BTW I am not taking protein shakes or shakilogy... Will it hamper my progress. As I'm willing to loose weight. What weights should I use? Thank you in advance. Please help

  • My Voice is different when recorded and when heard normally?

    So, I can sing. I am not trying to brag out or anything but I can really sing good. I've been trying to record myself with my Sony xperia s and each time I do it, my voice comes out really different than usually heard with ear. So, I've got a bit popularity for my singing on my school, people started to praise and all that stuff. So I've decided to make covers for YouTube but my voice is bad and different. I don't know if it's the microphone or anything other. Please help me. What should I use to make covers?

  • I am losing Weight while doing insanity. But There is a Problem. Help!?

    I started Insanity a week ago. Before starting I weighed 83.0 KG's, Naked. I weighed before Breakfast. After completing my toilet work in the morning. Now, After 1 week of Workout. Following good diet plan. Then, I weighed myself. Again. The same way. Naked, Before Breakfast. I weighed 80 KG's. I am so happy right now. But, just after breakfast. I am pretty sure I haven't digested it. I weigh 81.2 KG's to 82.1 KG's. It keeps varying. What the hell is happening. Please help me. I am 16 years old and pretty big. HELP!! Thank you in advance.

    I am 16 years old. I am doing insanity. And I am 182 pounds. 5 feet 6 inches. I want to loose 35 pounds. I am finishing my 1st week today. And I am running 5 days a week. This is the diet plan I made up. Please help. I did the calculations and stuff.

    Here it goes:

    Calories Needed to Lose Weight= 1735 Cals

    Breakfast: Oatmeal w/Apple and Hard Boiled Egg (339 Calories)

    Noon Snack: Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Cottage Cheese (246 Calories)

    Lunch: Pasta w/Vegetables (Broccolis, Cauliflowers, Carrots etc) and Egg White Omlete (356 Calories)

    Evening Snack: Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Cottage Cheese (246 Calories)

    OR

    Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Peanut Butter (296 Calories)

    Dinner: Brown Rice (2 Fist Portion) w/ 1 piece of Fish Cooked in Olive oil (521 Calories)

    Total Calories : 1708 to 1758 Cals

    Hello guys! I am Ace. I am about 14 years 8 Months. I am 5 feet 5 inches. I am 78.5 Kg's. I want to become about 63 Kg's. So, I need to lose 15-16 Kg's. I want to look slim. I can do anything you want. Even, I am going to gym. Here is my routine.

    Breakfast:

    Boiled Egg and 1.5 cups of rice

    Soy Protein Shake with Banana

    Lunch:

    2 cups of rice with a fish curry

    Dinner:

    No Dinner!!! Only Soy Protein Shake.

    I go to Gym 6 times per week. Friday Rest. I go to gym after taking breakfast. I do 2 hours of workout.

    Here is the Gym Routin I made myself: (This is the EXTREME routine I started from yes'day)

    Treadmill Running: 21 minutes in about 9 kmh speed. No stopping. I lose about 230 Kcals.

    Free Squats: 3 sets of 15 each.

    Cycling: 10 minutes of two workouts.

    Bench dips: 3 sets of 10 each.

    I take weight about 2-3 kg's as my instructor said.

    Treadmill for the Second Time: I run about 15 minutes at 7-8.5 kmh. I lose about 150 Kcals.

    I do steam bath for 15 minutes every Tuesday, Saturday and Thursday.

    I can do more if you say. I have less time only 1 or 1.5 months or less !!!! Help me out. I have a reason I can't tell...Please help any one?
