Insanity Workout diet help?

I am 16 years old. I am doing insanity. And I am 182 pounds. 5 feet 6 inches. I want to loose 35 pounds. I am finishing my 1st week today. And I am running 5 days a week. This is the diet plan I made up. Please help. I did the calculations and stuff.

Here it goes:

Calories Needed to Lose Weight= 1735 Cals

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/Apple and Hard Boiled Egg (339 Calories)

Noon Snack: Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Cottage Cheese (246 Calories)

Lunch: Pasta w/Vegetables (Broccolis, Cauliflowers, Carrots etc) and Egg White Omlete (356 Calories)

Evening Snack: Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Cottage Cheese (246 Calories)

OR

Brown Bread (2 Slices) w/ Peanut Butter (296 Calories)

Dinner: Brown Rice (2 Fist Portion) w/ 1 piece of Fish Cooked in Olive oil (521 Calories)

Total Calories : 1708 to 1758 Cals

    Is the running really necessary? I did insanity up to the 1st month. I stopped because i wanted to gain weight? Just insanity alone is a killer workout. Diet looks good but a little too repetitive with some of the items. You might get sick quick so change it up once in a while.

    You could try some fibre 1 cereal in the morning. Dietary fibre is good :)
