why is my car overheating?

at first, my radiator had a leak in it. it was cracked, and i changed the radiator.

but now, the car is still overheating. it's not leaking, and it has plenty of water. water is flowing through the tubes.

the fan is working, unless it's getting old?

i changed the engine sensor.

what could be the problem? chrysler pt cruiser 2002

    head gasket, air in the system, block in the system.

    Sounds like it could be air in your cooling system that's causing the water pump to cavitate.

    This won't permit the pump to circulate the fluid through your cooling system.

    The first link below gives you specific instructions on how to bleed the air out of your cooling system and is usually enough to fix a problem such as yours.

    Try bleeding it again. It can be hard to get the air out of those.
