I need a new pre- workout and fat burner?
I am female, 24, 5'6, and weigh 116 pounds. I have a very slim build. I have been using D-fine8 from complete nutrition as my pre-workout. But, it gave me lots of acne and I didn't see any results. I need a pre-workout that won't give me acne, gives me energy and burns fat. I have fat that I just can't rid of and I need something to help with it. Any suggestions??
I eat all be time, I'm not anorexic or anything. I don't need to lose weight but I do need to tighten everything up. I'm slowly building muscle but I feel like I'm getting bigger with the fat not going away. I workout 4 days a week

You don't need supplements, you only think you do. If you didn't know they exist, you would not want supplements. However, because they are promoted throughout the internet with $millions of guerilla advertising, you and whole generation of young people think they need supplements. Pre workout supplements do nothing a little caffeine won't do. And, you can skip that and begin the learn how to wake yourself up mentally. You have that power, the personal ability, so stop looking for crutches and try building your mind along with your body.
There is no good reason why anyone should take pre or post workout supplements. Notwithstanding the fact that all US government health authorities urge people to avoid all supplements unless recommended by a health care professional (because they are not required to be tested), working out is necessarily a natural process which relies on nothing more than a proper diet, knowledge, and the necessary equipment. The reason is simply because it must be continued indefinitely for as soon as it's stopped the loss of fitness begins. Therefor, if someone needs a caffeine boost, for example, to get through a workout, they should realize that they can either take caffeine for life or adjust their workout. And, no one requires anything post workout except hydration and possibly minerals to replenish the fluids and salts (electrolytes) lost through extraordinary perspiration both of which can be had through eating properly.
Look at all the bone, muscle, blood, sinew, and other materials you now have compared with when you were an infant and ask yourself if you needed supplements to get that? And, if not, why do you need them now when you can't workout any more than a couple of hours per week without wasting time because of muscle recovery times.
If you believe you can be helped with a pre or post workout supplement, you're just a victim of supplement advertising and the myths it has created. No one needs mass gainers, cutting formulas, energy boosters, post workout protein, vasodilators, or any of the other junk which supplement makers have created for profit only. All anyone needs is proper training and a proper diet.

There are no fat burners. There are only scam supplements called "fat burners" and sold to those who don't know they don't work. Apparently you believe what you read. Turn on your critical thinking. Be skeptical. Follow the science. Cross check all information with reliable source before believing anything you see on the web.

Fat Burner - Try Lean EFX Refined. This pill is a great appetite suppressant that includes Green Coffee Bean. As to some that don't think this pill will help loose weight - do your on research on the effect of Green Coffee Bean or better yet do a search on Dr Oz's site of the benefits of Green Coffee Bean.
Pre Workout. If you think a preworkout is only for energy than take caffeine. If you are looking for something that will help push you through your workouts and minimize DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) I would recommend a BCAA such as Endurance BCAA Plus - this 2-1-1 BCAA includes Beta Alanine and COP. This combination helps reduce muscle soreness and allows your muscle to push harder when oxygen levels in your muscles are depleted. I mix one scoop in a 32oz gatorade bottle and drink about 1/4 on the way to the gym and the remainder while working out. This is a non-stim product.
Just so there is not any confusion I will say I do work for a sports supplement company..
Try first without supplements and give these a try and you be the judge.
Good Luck

A cup of regular coffee is all you need about 15 minutes or more before a workout...dont buy in to the supplement companies jargon!

lift weights, gain some muscle mass, that way u keep muscle and burn fat, see if u worked out more with weights u wuda had less fat. due to the fact that if u dont use ur muscle u lose it, or it shrinks. thats y its so tough to burn that fat off because u have been burning almost as much muscle as u have fat. and a diet is a must also that way u keep extra amounts of fat off ur body.
