it really hurts almost feels like its ripping my moth doesn't feel comfortable with it and its become really painful and irritating i dont know if its in my head at this point or what is there any infection or disease to make thease symptoms

There are a lot of things it could be. How long has it been giving you these symptoms? Did you scratch it? Did you change your dental hygiene products recently? Did you recently floss? Were you hit in the mouth? It could be something so simple as gingivitis or something more complex like candidiasis (an oral yeast infection) or something called ANUG. I suggest you see a dental professional ASAP if it doesn't go away soon.
