Motorbike Law changing Jan 2013, Who to contact to petition?

I'm 16 years old, and I have been racing motorbikes since I was 5, I have been racing in the British Supermoto Championship for the last 5 years, even finished 8th out of 67 this year, I have been riding on the road since march, however I am not 17 until march, and the law is changing in January. So I cant take my full bike test, who can I email or phone up in regards to petition taking my full bike license on the current laws?

I hate to say this but petitions are rarely successful :( unless it's a major issue. Even a march of thousands of people wasnt enough to stop the Iraq War. But don't let me dampen your spirits. Get in touch with your MP firstly, explain your issues to him, MPs can be helpful in these type of situations.

You could put a page on facebook regarding your petition see if it proves popular?

Do you think of this could help? we've had strict gun rules in this u . s . for a protracted time. After Dunblane, they have been tightened up - with the result that the firearms companies not had a legal outlet for handguns in this u . s .. so as that they sell them into the gray marketplace from the place they make their way into the hands of criminals and youngsters. implementing harder outcomes on those recent in possession will recommend they are plenty extra possibly to apply their weapons to steer away from arrest.
