Does anyone else have problems with their Yahoo email?

Oh, I am so glad that you mentioned that you got the message, "Connection refused."

I tried several times to get here on Yahoo Answers and got the same message. I was wondering, "What did I do now?" to get booted off here. Thinking I needed to start over, I was ready to rename myself and get a new account and start with level one again, which would have been okay...but then it accepted me again. Crazy, huh?

yahoo mail is terrible lately. When I have a draft I am working on after only a couple of minutes it completely shuts off and the page will be blank, so I have to sign off then sign on again in order to continue. Why is this happening? Also, why can I no longer move my sent message to another file?...I can only move messages from my inbox to another file, all this is so frustraying! Help!

I had several folders in my old email box, and now I don't have access to any of them.

You me and Lord knows how many others are having problems. I would like to know if there is any other ways to do my mailing & tell Yahoo what to do with their mailing system.

"spastic" to me means you have a bug or a visitor in your computer. If it were me I'd do a total reinstall....and then clean off the "sends" and "trash" in my email account. And I'd clean out the cookies and then do a defrag. If things still don't work right then I'd figure it had something to do with Yahoo. But I'm not experiencing any Yahoo problems here, at least not recently. When windows or Explorer is updated sometimes things change on the computer and some websites won't come up as the used to. This means you need a new computer.

I've been having all kinds of problems for months with my Yahoo email. My emails go into my Trash bin. I have to search and hunt for my emails. It's been a nightmare so I got a Google gmail account. No problems

Remember the last time they did maintenance? and they didn't do nothing until after they took that Alert message down..We all need to clear recent history and clean out the cache everyday to keep running smoothly and faster. delete all spam,sent,draft,trash..if you need to saved something put it in your folder, then shut down, wait a few minutes and booted it back up and you should be ready to go!!

I have not had any problem today....just got back from shopping all afternoon, got get ready for Thanksgiving!!

Yes I got notice of a contact asking a question but tried 3 times to answer and it came up for me too Connection refused. I thought maybe yahoo cut me off because i had 3 notices of my answers being rejected and loose points. I have repealed them but only one notice back rather it did any good or not. Or doing the same as you are saying.

YES I was getting the connection problem...nothing is ever all over we just go from one good thing to another. I haven't had it for a while so maybe it went back to where it came from.

EDIT I ended up having more trouble & I see others had the same thing. I do believe it will go away on it's own though.

I was refused entry to Answers earlier today, too. I later refreshed the page and it was okay. Email is slower than usual.
