When some one says "I am doing nothing" What does it mean?

can we say he is doing something which is called NOTHING? I mean, how is it possible to DO nothing!

    Nothing means no thing or not a thing.

    If you think about it the action of doing does not imply nothing. It is often used as slang.

    You know you can't stop that!

    it means they're really not in the mood to tell what they are doing at that current moment
