I'm 19 and I sexted a minor. It was a a one time thing but I feel the guilt so badly. What should I do?

Offer an apology to the minor even if it isn't necessary to him. Don't interact with minors either, including this guy. Let it go. Just look at this as a lesson learned now that you have done wrong and are aware of the potential consequences.

Your life will not be ruined. Once you apologise to the guy (and yourself), agree not to mention it anymore. No one has to know. If it makes things any better, things like this happen all the time and people pass it off as normal and never feel guilty. So kudos to you for acknowledging your mistake. Self control is key. :)

You dont need or have to turn yourself in. People do things they aren't necessarily proud of some of the things they might do when they are aroused..

You are not a pedophile, you are not a criminal, you are not sick. People actually do this a lot and it happens way more than you might think. I cant make you feel un-guilty. But I dont think you did anything bad.

The only thing I can recommend is to accept that you were aroused, which made you slightly impaired and impulsive. You did nothing bad. But good luck(:

Don't turn yourself in it happens all the time.. you realized your wrong , don't do it again and pray.

you learned your listen, move on and DON'T talk to this kid again.. cut him off completely.
