    LET THE QUANTITY OF 8% SOLUTION MIXED BE X ml

    0.08X + 0.03*600 = ( X+600)*0.05

    0.08X + 18 = 0.05X + 30

    0.03X = 12

    X = 12 /0.03 = 400 ML answer

    check

    600 X 0.03 = 18

    400 X 0.08 = 32

    ADD = 50

    50 /1000 X 100 = 5%
