    No. Much like the civil war we had in the 1860's, state governments would have to break away from the union and the federal government would have to stop them by force. Please note that I said state governments, not a small percentage of sore losers who are throwing a hissy fit because they can't be bothered to find out (read) what the Constitution really says about the electoral process.
