Power supply is working fine, but cpu fans (attached to motherboard) aren't spinning. Any help?

The fan on the opposite wall of the motherboard, which is connected directly to power supply, is working. But the fan on the processor at the back side of CPU, which are connected to power supply through the motherboard, aren't spinning.

If System is Live change FAN

    If System is Dead then

    These tips will help you

1 check Cabinet switch is working / bypassing by swaping with reset switch.

    2 Clear CMOS RAM

3 If system is older than 2 Years remove Button cell & then check.

    4. Remove all devices cables ( HDD SATA /PATA cable etc) addon cards if any

Lastly motherboard may be the suspect.

See if some thing is struck in the cpu fan, just switch off your computer and try to spin it with your fingers if it works fine then check the power connections and attached the cpu fan cable in system fan or chassis fan header if works then fine else

It simply means that it is a time to get a new CPU fan installed.

Check the CPU fan header. Last time this happened, I plugged it into the CPU_fan2 port and disabled the CPU_fan header and it worked. Or try a normal fan header.
