Bearded dragon problem ?
I think I have a male bearded dragon, he's been pooping often (once a day) but today he did much more than usual , he was In his bath when he did it , so I lifted him out , his butt area was a horrible pink colour with some white on it , he was being aggressive because he saw himsef in the mirror and the pink bulgy bit on his butt didn't go away for a few minutes. Is this normal ? Or does he need to see a vet? He has calmed down now and it's gone , but I'm still concerned.

It is not uncommon for reptiles to momentarily evert abit of cloacal tissue or with males, their hemipenes, when they defecate. It should revert back in right afterwards. It sounds like that was delayed slightly by his agitation at seeing his 'rival".
It should go back within a few seconds to a minute. The problem arises if it stays out long enough to dry out or be injured. Then you have a prolapse situation which can have several causes and needs to be seen by a vet. Constipation, pinworms and low calcium levels are all potential causes for a prolapse in reptiles.

yeah i think he does it could be a sign of something much more serious but he may have just ingested some substrate so keep him in a tank with newspaper for a few days and see what happens if it goes away then ya know wat it is but if it stays its probably something more serious. hope i helped
