What a surprise she gave everyone.

The only yodelling I had ever been exposed to was ''Cousin Pearl'' on the Beverly Hillbillies.

Needless to say, I was not impressed.

This girl changed all that.

Yes, she is talented - but ask yourself - at what?

Wickster - I sure could not do it and surely my wife is thankful for that!! - Honestly, ten minutes of that is a migraine, 30 minutes would be a rare form of torture... about 1 minute is entertaining.

Yes - indeed she is amazing.

My cousin and I - tried so hard to yodel - when we were kids - we decided - we would have to live in the Swiss Alps - then - just maybe - we could do it.LOL

I was watching America's Got Talent when she was on it. I loved that she shared how she taught herself, except for the part "S" gets credit for, of course.

I thought that was such an inspiration for everyone who wants to do something well & has no clue how to start.

When I was about 12 I went ot the public library & started reading & it really helped me to get out of the rut I was growing up in. So one of the things I push for everyone of any age is to not blame anyone or anything but find out what you need to do to get to what you want & get there. So she stood out to me in many ways.

I really think it's great that people are getting opportunities to succeed through these talent shows. The Voice is near the end so anyone who hasn't watched it check it out this week cause the best remaining contestants are on there. One is an 18 year old who was offered an opportunity when he was younger to take a special music program & his teacher told him not to bother he would never get anywhere with his life. His father is a trash man & his mother was recently wiped out from Storm Sandy so watch how good he is.

Another is a man who weighted about 400 lbs. & was drinking his life away. He is the one with long hair, glasses he's not heavy anymore but he made me believe their is something divine in this universe after many years of not seeing it. Some our the children of parents who are ministers.

One man is gay & sang the song Jolene by Dolly Parton. That took a lot of nerve but he did it & he has probably helped a lot of people. His family looked like southern maybe christians conservatives who love their son more than anything in the world. His father is a farmer who would watch his son doing whatever work they do on the farm & he said "wow, he could sing".

There are so many great shows on tv. The Voice & other talent shows & I think Sunday is undercover boss which shows people who get some attention out of the ordinary just by being loyal workers at what are often unrewarding job.

Now listen Wick she said she taught her self, but I know otherwise. You see I taught her, by teaching her to say YAHAHOOO.Then when she got a little older I told her to put it to a tune, yup it was me. I take the credit.

The little gal is a doll. I haven't heard good joldeling for along time. Just may be a dying art.
