Wyatt Earp was 33 years old at the time of the gunfight at the O.K. Corral. At the O.K. Corral, Wyatt, his brothers Virgil and Morgan and Doc Holliday went to arrest brothers Ike and Billy Clanton, brothers Tom and Frank McLaury, and Billy Claiborne. Bill Clayborn and both McLaury brothers died in the fight, and Wyatt was the only one who emerged unharmed.

Before becoming a lawman, Wyatt Earp worked as a porter in California. In 1869, he was appointed constable of Lamar, Missouri - his first law enforcement job.

Wyatt's father, Nicholas Porter Earp died in February 1907, likely of old age (he was born in September 1813, making him 93 years old). Wyatt was 58. Wyatt's mother, Virginia Ann Cooksey, died in January 1893 at 71 years of age. I'm not entirely sure what she died of. Wyatt was 44.
