Roman Catholicism had built Church standing over the petty European kingdoms, having supreme authority on moral and religious issues, appointing kings and resolving disputes between kingdoms.
In Eastern Orthodox Christianity Church is no more than government department reporting yo Emperor or Czar. Church is a department of morals and religion. As with other departments Emperor has the final word and can change Patriarch (head of the local Eastern Orthodox church) if ruler is unhappy with the performance of the department.
In Islam State and Church (Muslim Ummah; they do not call it Church) are fused together.
Muslim state is a religious communities ruled by the head of Muslims according to the rules of the Muslim law (Shari'a).
That fusion of Church and state in Islam is the main cause of inability of Muslim states to progress beyond the specific rule made in 7th century AD. They stuck there.
It is 21st century now.

The Protestant Reformation replaced right into a Christian reform circulate in Europe it really is often deemed to have all started with Martin Luther's ninety-5 Theses regardless of the undeniable fact that a number of precursors inclusive of Johannes Hus predate that journey. As a historic era, the Reformation is considered to have ended with the Peace of Westphalia in 1648;regardless of the undeniable fact that, most of the denominations that arose throughout the time of that era proceed to exist and Protestantism constitutes between the branches of Christianity immediately.

Compare: It's all bullshit that was created to consolidate and increase the wealth of the clergy and those heavily associated with the institutions of religions (like the caliph, the patriarchs, the pope or the byzantine emperor who was also head of the church).
Contrast: They all say that all the others are bullshit.
In Roman Catholicism during the middle ages the popes faught against the Holy Roman Emperors for power over wordly matters, which lead to the ultimate separation of church and state as the Pope
couldn't seize control over state affairs other than the Papal State and the Emperor couldn't overrule the Pope in religious matters.
In the Byzantine Empire the Emperor was the head of the church which ment that he had all power.
Pretty much the same in Islam.

Well, since Islam didn't exist in the 6th century, that part will be easy.
In the 6th century, Orthodox Christianity and Roman Catholicism were still one church. The teachings were the same. Major differences between them didn't occur until later, with the teachings of Augustine being taken places he never intended, and Anselm.
Forgive me.

That's a pretty tall order, kid. Why don't you learn as much as you can about these religions, think about how they're similar and how they're different, and then come back with specific questions.
