my daughter took that long to burp. Turns out she was lactose intolerant. After I finally figured it out after 3 months (tried a lactose-free formula and she was so different after a single bottle) I told my mum and it turns out there's a family history of lactose intolerance. And yeah, the amount you're feeding him is OK and every 2 1/2 hours is totally normal. Feed on demand. You could try to increase the feeds and see if he'll take it and if it extends the time in between feeds, but it's up to him if he'll take it or not. But 2 and a half hours in between feeds isn't anything to worry about. I take it you know the signs of a baby still needing more after a feed but don't cry

sounds like ur doing it right, of course u know every babys diff, so he may be growing faaster or just not like ur other children, so its best not to compare them. Try letting him fall asleep n a swing ,i had to do it with my daughter and my son was the ipposite, loved to b held. Of course make sure ur in the same room while hes n the swing. Is it maybe noiser than it was when u had one child that could b another reason he sleeps less, if ur desperate for sleep, find someone to watch them for a while. He will sleep longer soon, my daughter got up often as ur son did. It got better tho. Especially if ur breastfeeding, they will eat more often, but its worth it.

Make sure he has socks on his feet. Baby's sleep better when their feet are warm. If you are not using a pacifier you might try that. Sometimes just suckling on it will put him back to sleep quickly.
