European/American Dual Citizenship?

It is nearly impossible of an American to immigrate to any European country. European Union rules forbid non-Europeans from getting a work visa there , so therefore, you cannot live there. Immigration process is several years long and you must live in the country for several years before applying for citizenship...IF you can find a way to immigrate there...like marriage to a citizen. In other words, there is a slim to none chance you can become a citizen in a European country.
