Sum the moment about the feet:
77kg * 9.8m/s² * 1.1m - F * (2m - 0.3m) = 0
F = 488 N for the arms, or 244 N for each arm/hand.
For the feet, F = 77kg * 9.8m/s² - 488N = 266 N, or 133 N for each foot.
